This company is a leading SASS house in Dublin City Centre who are now looking to grow out their design team.

What do the company do?

This company is a design lead, cloud and mobile based software platform for the education sector that provides collaborative data management and innovative reporting tools. This company currently has 80% of market in Ireland and is now working in the European Market to expand out their platform.

What will you be doing?

They are looking for an experienced Interaction Designer to work in conjunction with our customers, stakeholders and development team in order to shape the future of School Management. You will have a good aptitude for solving complex design problems and a good understanding of design patterns.

As the Senior Interaction Designer you will work with a large development team working on translating the business requirements into workflows, customers journeys, mock-ups, wireframes and clickable prototypes. You will work on creating both low and high fidelity prototypes to support product development. You will work closely with the development team to help contribute to the development of user experience and UI pattern guidelines.

You will be committed to delivering a consistent UX experience across an extensive business suite, and use creativity and ideation techniques to solve complex challenging

What Qualifications do you need?

* Proficient with rapid prototyping tools, methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.

* A portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing user centred experiences and applications.

* High proficiency creating UI layouts and interactive processes to create high quality user experience.

* Understanding and experience in the creation of Component Driven UI, Information Architecture, Wireframing and a strong knowledge of the latest design trends and patterns.

* Facilitation experience organising design sprints.
