An established company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work with their biggest partners and work with stakeholders across all parts of the business to lead the increased adoption of their product and to improve the overall quality and maturity of its use. If you have strong consulting experience, excellent communication, and a good technical background, then you may be the Technical Account Manager we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Technical Account Manager you will be working closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to structure and manage company wide deployments. You will be mentoring the customer's project team on methodology, and providing advice on how to develop an appropriate change management strategy that drives adoption, self-sufficiency and business value.
What skills/experience should you have?
* Solid Technical background with hand on experience working with .NET (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell)
* Familiar with software and front-end development
* Relevant experience in customer-facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organisation
* Experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy
