Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Our client are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team to work on a number of varying projects.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

* IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analysis background (whilst this is not a technical IT role, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for producing Business Requirements for IT change)

* Familiar with and competent in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

* Ability to create process models using BPMN or UML

* Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation

* Knowledge of various standards, methods and tools that can be used to elicit and document requirements

* A robust understanding of the full project life cycle

* Knowledge and experience of system development methodologies

* Facilitation skills

* Experience working on large projects or programmes

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* 'A' Level education or equivalent

* Business Analysis experience within Regulated Financial Services industry

Desirable

* Business Analysis experience within Insurance

* BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (or progress towards)

* Degree or equivalent demonstrable work experience

* Experience of delivering change following Agile methodology
