Operational Excellence Business Analyst

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an Operational Excellence Business Analyst to join their team. If you have a Business Analyst background in a Recruitment environment, then you could be the Operational Excellence Business Analyst we're looking for.

What will you be doing? As an Operational Excellence Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies.

What skills/experience should you have?

Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant business analysis and/or process improvement/Lean certification.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field. Preference for experience in Finance and HR processes & systems.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
