We're searching for a talented digital designer who'll bring energy and enthusiasm to our expanding digital team. With an intimate understanding of designing for the web, the successful candidate will create amazing online experiences that are beautiful, intuitive and functional.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Work with our in-house team of UX, design and development

* Design and develop outstanding digital experiences for our clients business customer websites

* Create high-quality visual design work, from early concepts through to detailed guidelines and prototypes, liaising with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.

* Develop the internal digital style guide

* Evangelise best practices and standards

* Conceptualise digital campaign creatives and deliver online artifacts

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* An intimate understanding of digital design

* 4-5 years design experience working in the digital sector, preferably with a creative agency

* A strong digital portfolio

* Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts and solutions

* Experience in creating wireframes and storyboards

* Experience in data driven and user centred design

* A good understanding of accessibility and usability standards

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
