Location: Gent, Belgium

Start date: 01/10/2018

6 Month Contract (with possible extension)

Rate: 550-580€/day

Languages: DU + EN

Mandatory: 6 - 10 years’ experience + Secondary School or equivalent

Job Description :

           Configuration of OMP+

           Sales & Operational Planning and Multi-flow Planning solutions using OPAL and GUI design framework

Expertise :

           Ideally OMP+ solutions

           And/OR

           SAP APO modules PP/DS/GATP/SNP

           Planning and scheduling solutions:

           Quintiq

           PSI Metals Planner

           Simatic IT Preactor

           JDA Manufacturing Planning

Skillset :

           Minimum of 5 years successful project delivery with a focus on commercial off-the-shelf solutions design and configuration

           Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing, configuring, and implementing process and enhancements for the key skills identified

           Must be competent in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English (French, Spanish is an advantage), interacting with a variety of stakeholders

           Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on requirements gathering

           Possess business process knowledge within advanced planning and scheduling, demand and production planning functional area, as well as touchpoints to other functional areas of supply chain management in manufacturing industry

           Possess understanding of the interdependencies of people, process and technology

           Work closely with functional teams to design and develop applications that meet business requirements

           Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications and configuration for reporting, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, GUI forms and workflows

           Ability to support functional specification document creation process, functional configuration reviews, and unit/integration testing tasks

           Assist with the development of process definition documents, process flows, and key decision documents

           Participated in cutovers and post-go-live processes for projects

           Participated in enhancements and maintenance processes
