Microservices Architect, Dublin, Contract

An exciting company based in Ireland is looking for a microservices architect who will play a central role in creating and migrating the core applications to Cloud environments using a microservices model. In this role you would be responsible for the design, execution and the deployment of the DevOps frameworks as well as the required tools to migrate existing products.

A successful candidate should have:

* A strong background in the designing and building of Microservice architectures.

* A solid working knowledge of Kubernetes and Dockers

* A background in core UNIX and network administration across Linux environments

* Experience of the designing and building of DevOps CI/CD pipelines

* Experience working with IaaS/PaaS migrations, automation and provisioning

* Experience of cloud infrastructure performance and security practices

* Knowledge of management frames

* Hands on experience of AWS and/or OpenStack Cloud architecture.

* WebOps experience across Linux environments including configuration and management of Apache, NGINX, JBoss, Wildfire and Tomcat

* A willingness and ability to lead by example.
