£45,000-£50,000 + Vehicle + Mobile + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday + Overtime + Bonus

Excellent opportunity for someone with experience of large scale projects to join a well-established, growing company offering a position within the senior management team, recognition of hard work through bonuses and the opportunity to progress even further.

In this role you will visit large commercial developments and sites, carry out surveys, agree a plan with the client on how to solve their needs. You will then assist with the design, estimate the costs, brief and lead teams of ground workers. You will lead multiple projects from inception to completion simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be a project manager/leader or equivalent, from a construction, surveying, civil engineering, estimating or similar background. Good understanding of construction regulations is essential. Understanding of applying for planning permission, acquiring it and tendering for construction would be desirable.

The role:

*Surveying, planning and costing projects

*Assisting with design, applying for and managing planning permission requests on behalf of clients

*Managing multiple large scale projects from site and from the office

The Person:

*Currently a project manager/leader or equivalent

*Have a background in construction/surveying/civil engineering/estimating or similar

*Have a good understanding of construction regulations
