Are you an Electrical Projects Engineer looking to join a prestigious, market leading company who are undergoing a period of continued expansion?

Do you want to join a nationally recognised group where you will be working in an autonomous role overseeing multiple projects?

This highly respected, nationally recognised company work within the facilities management sector, providing a range of services. They can offer full contract facilities management or have specialist divisions that offer consultancy, cleaning, security, fit-out and catering. As part of a multi-million-pound group, they have been going through steady growth and are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team to help the company continue its expansion.

In this role the successful applicant will be tasked with overseeing three key projects. You will be involved in managing three large residential sites, taking responsibility for the technical, commercial and operational success of contracts and day-to-day delivery.

THE ROLE:

*Overseeing three major projects

*Responsible for day-to-day implementation of contracts

*Working on projects from £500k to several million in value

THE PERSON

*HNC or equivalent in Building Services

*Experience working on Electrical M&E contracts

*Background overseeing multiple projects
