Product Manager

A Product Manager is urgently required for a Financial Services provider to join a Customer Management Team within Mortgage Products. This is for an initial 6 month project with a specific focus on supporting Interest Only customers.

Responsibilities:

* Delivery of Mortgages propositions: analysing trends, customer behaviour and existing propositions to develop strategic product solutions and customer contact strategies.

* Develop a new product proposition for customers reaching the end of their Interest Only term

* Implement a compelling personalised communications strategy for specific segments of the Interest Only book

* Introduce a full outbound dialling strategy for high risk segments of the Interest Only book

Skills Required:

* Background in Mortgages product management

* Happy to consider candidates from a Collections & Recoveries background too

* Designing, shaping and successfully delivering customer and business propositions to tight timescales

* Ability to use own creativity and initiative to provide new and innovative ideas

* Ability to analyse multiple data sources and information to support strategic decision making.

* Providing clear story-boards and facilitating decision making through presentation of analysis and options.

* Ability to present and communicate proposals to Senior Management
