The Role:

Our SAP Business Intelligence [BI] Trainers develop and deliver corporate and public training to our clients and customers of our public schedule. They support end users and collaborate with companies implementing SAP BI solutions or that have SAP systems in place or in development to bring their employee base up to date. As an integral part of the training team and working closely with clients and consulting delivery teams you will act as the "go to" expert in your field of expertise for training end users, creating training strategies and materials and teaching courses. London classroom training with travel for training delivery to client sites, the successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for sharing their knowledge across BI Analytics. We also train across Tableau and Microsoft BI.

About You:

+ Proven and strong client facing skills with experience developing and delivering training to clients, customers and employees across the BI/Analytics landscape.

+ Is able to coach, communicate, influence, convince and inspire effectively by own personality and act as a trusted role model and advisor in the delivery of training programmes.

+ Has an understanding of business processes and how software applications support the processes and integration with other SAP modules.

+ Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; clients, customers, suppliers and partners to become a trusted advisor in field of expertise.

+ Demonstrates personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind. Drives results, effects, convinces and inspires by his/her personality, behavior and communication style. Is an ambassador.

+ Professional and commercially aware, makes solid and reliable decisions in relating to training environment. Is able to think on their feet.

+ Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape. Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge in a structured method, thus making it useful and functional.

Your Experience:

+ Experience working in a challenging and complex organisation with evidence of enabling organisational business and technical advancement.

+ Demonstrable experience in the design, development, refining and delivery of blended learning solutions to SAP users. Experience in the following areas is an advantage:

+ BW/4 HANA

+ SAP Business Objects including, Crystal Reporting, Admin and Security, Admin Servers, Analysis for Office, Dashboards, Design Studio, Explorer, Information Design Tool, Universe Designer, Web Intelligence Report Design.

+ SAP Data Services including, Data Integration, Data Quality

+ SAP Information Steward

+ SAP Lumira

+ SQL

+ Tableau

+ Microsoft BI
