Business Change Manager, Public Sector (OUTSIDE IR35), Liverpool, 3+ Months

We're looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team in the role of Business Change Manager to join one of our clients Programmes.

The Programme is a once in a generation opportunity, enhancing the provision of a world-class justice system, in a manner that provides an improved user experience at reduced cost to the taxpayer. This will contribute to consolidating the UK's position at the fore-front of an increasingly competitive international legal market as well as ensuring access to justice for all. Approximately £1 billion is being invested in the programme which is due to complete in 2023/24.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest change programmes in government, which is internationally recognised as the most ambitious reform of a Justice System ever undertaken.

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for managing Business Change reporting to the Senior Business Change Manager. They will form part of the Programme Delivery team and will contribute to the overall delivery plan for the Programme to ensure optimal change adoption and time to realise new ways of working across the business.

Key Skills/Experience

* Deliver the Business Change approach including the key services provided by Business Change at a Project level (including change, training and communication activity)

* Deliver a core business change product catalogue which will be used to appropriately address all identified change impacts to ensure the correct activities happen at the right time, by the right people, for the right people and share knowledge and insights across the Business Change team

* Provide Business Change input, including accountability for the relevant elements of the Project delivery roadmap, release planning and any transition strategies and / or roadmap

* Complete all Business Change reporting requirements, including reporting requirements for the Head of Business Change

* Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all Programme and Project stakeholders with a particular focus on the Project Delivery Group and other project workstream leads

* Identify and manage business change workstream issues which may impact or be impacted by the Programme - raising these through the appropriate forums and formulating mitigation plans as standard

* Experience of designing and delivering change and training strategies and interventions with proven results

* Experience of establishing change and / or business networks in order to deliver change to the business

* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, in order to engage with senior business and stakeholders, senior management teams and the public;

* Strong planning skills and an ability to deliver quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
