The Job:

You will work in the Trials Solutions and Data Analysis group within Analysis Modelling and Simulation. The main purpose of the post is providing accurate and timely results in support of trials.

Key Accountabilities

You are expected to be able to accurately deliver assessment of instrumentation records and extract measurements and fragments from witness cards using semi-automatic systems.

Your duties will also include manipulating files and data, accurate data processing and checking completeness and accuracy of results as well as encrypting data and completing Fault finding reports and statistics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to learn quickly to develop domain knowledge appropriate to the tasks required and to work without supervision.

You will need to be a team player who can also use their initiative and possess good written and oral communication skills

You are required to have a minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Mathematics, English, and ICT. These are to support the numerical nature of the role and the technical e-reports produced.

A recognised engineering or science related qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 4, Degree, etc) is an advantage
