Duration: 3 months initial
Day Rate: £400 - £450
IT Service Desk Manager - We are actively seeking an IT Service Desk Manager too join a Global Financial Company based in London for an initial 3 months. As the IT Service Desk Manager you will manage the day to day running of the London based Service Desk that serves UK and global customers.
The IT Service Desk Manager will oversee and resolve issues, manage change requests, raise tickets if need be as well as hands-on support. The IT Service Desk Manager will effectively communicate to all internal customers within a timely manner with excellent customer service. The IT Service Desk Manager will lead, support and develop staff with help of continuous feedback and development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for the IT Service Desk Manager to work within a global organisation and make a statement.
Key Skills for the IT Service Desk Manager:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a Service Desk.
* ITIL Certified.
* Strong experience solving customer incidents.
* Overseeing and managing issues, change requests, SLAs.
* Windows 7 & Mac OS experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
