Due to an expansion of demand and new major programmes developing, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to impact & drive activity through these critical periods of change within our Operations Change business area.

The purpose of the Change Team is to successfully manage the change portfolio within Phoenix Life, to deliver both financial and non-financial benefits within the budget, ensuring suitable project methodology and governance process is followed and continually improved, focusing on Phoenix strategic outcomes, whilst remaining within the groups risk appetite.

The Role:

You will be integral in support of the delivery of major projects through requirement gathering to identify key process impacted by the project & change function, which will then aid solution design & process definition. You will be supporting on potentially multiple key change projects, working with Project Managers in the production of lifecycle documentation e.g. project initiation, business cases, change controls, and various governance papers. You will manage relations with Key internal stakeholders throughout the cycle, and also liaise with 3rd parties to support the design & implementation of new business processes.

Additional responsibilities:

Recording & tracking the relationship of the project requirements to the design, documentation, development, testing & release of the project/product.

Assist the PMs with technical task analysis, such as communications requiring detail & presentation.

Supporting the wider change team to identify & implement improvements to the Project methodology at Phoenix group.

What we’re looking for:

An experienced Business Analyst, who has worked within a change environment supporting & implementing large programmes of change.

Preferably someone who has worked within a regulated environment, with the ability to contribute to the business, technical & management requirements of the role

Ability to deal with a wide range of key internal & external stakeholders with confidence to drive project activity.

A high level of proficiency in business change software, such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio applications.

Able to work collaboratively in teams, showing a proactive & pragmatic approach.
