£20,000 - £22,000 + Full Training + 20 Days Holiday

Excellent role on offer for a Graduate looking for an opportunity for full training in the design process for structural projects and the chance to progress as the company grows

Do you hold a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering? Are you looking to build a career in a smaller company that will give you all the tools needed to become an engineering design expert?

This small but expanding company specialises in the design of structural and civil projects across the South East of England, with a growing client base in the offshore industry. To handle increasing volumes of business and to cater to the needs of their clients, the company wishes to take on and train up a talented Graduate to contribute to major projects in a design role.

You will be starting with more basic design work to ease into the role, and given full training to use a number of cutting edge design programmes, eventually becoming an expert in the industry. This company is looking for someone enthusiastic, ambitious and eager to pitch in to build a long-term career with the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Structural Design and AutoCAD, whilst having the ability to communicate well with both the team and with clients.

Experienced Structural Engineers are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

* Will receive training in the structural design progress

* Using AutoCAD to provide design solutions

* Learning to use multiple design software packages

* £20,000 - £22,000 + Full Training + 20 Days Holiday

The Person

* A degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering

* Keen to learn and undertake extensive training

* Must want to play an important part in a small but growing business

* Prior experience or knowledge of Structural Design desirable but not essential
