C++ Developer (Windows Multi-threading Networking Real-time Linux). Hugely successful TV / Media software solution provider is seeking a C++ Developer to work on the company's flagship automation product. Your responsibilities will include; investigating, designing and implementing solutions to problems and new feature requirements, setting up and configuring test environments, contributing to the continual improvement of software practices and mentoring graduate developers.

Based in Surrey (easily commutable from Chertsey, Staines, Woking, Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon and Guildford) you will be joining a friendly and laid back team of talented developers with an informal dress code, social atmosphere and superb career growth opportunities. Requirements:

*Strong C++ skills

*Multi-threading and real-time development experience

*Solid understanding of Networking and TCP / IP / UDP

*Excellent communication skills

*Strong analytical and problem solving skills

*Desirable: Video codec, broadcast industry experience
