I am actively recruiting on behalf of one of the UKs leading Microsoft Gold Partner's for an enthusiastic support professional, with expertise in Dynamics AX ERP and the retail industry, for a fresh role in their expansive UK team. Based from modern offices in central Manchester, my client is looking to bolster their successful growth in the UK market with a new addition to their award winning team - offering an amazing salary package and certfied Dynamics training for the successful candidate!

The role will involve...

* Supporting 1st/ 2nd line support tickets from my clients customers across Dynamics AX2009, AX2012/r2/r3 and Dynamics365

* Functional project support for on-going implementations

* Occasional on-site support/ functional analysis work with new and existing customers

Suitable candidates will be able to offer 1-2 years experience in Dynamics AX/ 365 support - ideally within a retail/ eCommerce environment.
