Senior Front End Developer

One of our top UK service clients is seeking a Senior Front End Developer to join their team in Bristol. This role will work within the digital development team within an Agile Scrum environment. You will be responsible for leading the development team who will be building, improving, and maintain the client's main customer facing websites, as well as key purchasing journeys, and self serve membership applications.

As the Senior Front End Developer your duties will include, but not limited to:

*Lead daily stand-ups, communicating progress within the sprint

*Work closely with the developers within the Digital Development team

*Work with UX Consultants and UI Designers to keep the customer experience at the heart of the development

*Developing, updating and maintaining company main customer facing websites, as well as the business applications

As the Senior Front End Developer you will be required to possess:

*Ability to write semantic modular HTML

*CSS - experience with interpreting designs and writing modular stylesheets

*A good understanding of JavaScript programming fundamentals

*Experience coding with Angular is essential

*Version Control - an understanding of Git

*Have an appreciation for UX/UI

*Experience with Automation Front End build tools such as Grunt, Gulp and Webpack is desirable

*Experience with ES6+ and TypeScript would be advantageous
