SharePoint Solution Architect in Birmingham £78,000

I am currently looking for a solutions architect to join a globally sourced Microsoft Gold Partner who offer innovative technical solutions unique to each business. This highly recommended company take great pride in their employees by helping them to constantly develop their skills and offer regular peer reviews.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in leading a team though various projects.

* Experience with both on-site and cloud systems.

* The ability to travel to client sites.

* An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technical eco-system.

* An understanding of SharePoint including SharePoint Online and Office 365.

* The ability to deliver creative and innovative solutions.

They will also be a confident, quick learner, who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate an extremely high level of customer service.

An overview of the responsibilities:

* Build and maintain technical relationships with clients.

* Be a technical leader and provide estimation, planning and delivery.

* Create documentation and provide training where necessary.

* Gather requirements and design solutions through business analysis meetings.

* Play the role of a trusted advisor to clients.

* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the final product resembles your initial idea.
