Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Starting Salary: £37128 - Rising to £39000 after successful probation and potential for another raise to £40040 upon passing PLC competency test + Pension scheme and annual leave

4 on 4 off shift pattern - (4 days 4 nights)

Monday - Friday

Are you a Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience of working within a manufacturing setting? My client is a leading FMCG manufacturer within their field. They are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who has skills within mechanical, electrical and some PLC fault finding skills (Allen Bradley).

The successful candidate will be multi-skilled (mechanical, electrical and PLC fault finding) with previous FMCG experience and be willing to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

On offer here is an excellent full time permanent shift based work with the opportunity to increase your salary upon passing your probation and a favourable shift pattern meaning you would only work four days per week.

The role:

*Replacing bearings, stripping down motors and repairing conveyor systems

*PLC fault finding

*4 on 4 off shift pattern in an FMCG/Food environment

The person:

*Multi-skilled (mechanical, electrical and some PLC fault finding skills Allen Bradley is used).

*Previous FMCG experience

*Willing to work shifts
