IT Systems Manager
IT Systems Manager is required to join a business that is currently going through significant expansion. As an IT Systems Manager you will be working for a technology services and solutions organisation that place technology at the heart of their business.
The successful IT Systems Manager will manage the Group Systems function providing development and support to Group personnel.
This role is focussed on Group Systems optimisation and relies on effective communication and liaison with other Managers and colleagues. Day-to-day duties included management, maintenance and development of:
*Support and development functions - internal and with selected partners;
*Regular reporting, including but not limited to:
oMonthly Group Systems Availability
oMonthly Group Systems Support Incidents Report
oMonthly Group Systems Development Report
*Control, configuration, management, issue and BC/DR recovery of all Group ICT systems
*Group Systems Roadmap, illustrating scheduled developments and functional enhancements
Essential skills and experience:
*General ICT Systems Management experience.
*Experience of IT Management, including computer, storage, network, security and application delivery
*Proven customer service, communication and management skills.
