A Financial Services client within Retail Banking, is looking for a Project Manager who has extensive experience within Process and Communications to document the process changes required as a result of the change of Facilities Manager supplier.
The successful candidate will create the communications collateral that will allow Business Readiness to approve the changes and agree implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous project management experience within financial services
* Produces a processes directory
* Ensures that all interfaces with Facility Managers processes are correct and will work
* Produces a user guide and FAQ's relating to the changes
* Checks intranet links are live and correct
* Attends project progress meetings and reports progress against plan
* Develops a positive relationship with Facility Managers
This is an urgent contract role and based in Bristol with flexible working conditions.
