We are looking for multiple Agile coaches / Scrum Masters to help lead the adoption of Agile in one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. This role will be primarily home based with just 2/4 days per month being spent in the office which is based in Oxford.

This company currently uses Scrum-like and Kanban-like methodologies, but as they are growing they also need to improve the agile processes, tools and techniques to allow them to scale effectively.

You will join the business initially focuses on the processes within one of the software development teams. You will have a strong focus on introducing techniques that enable predictable estimation of work, measure progress, and metrics allowing them to improve efficiency. You will work closely with other Agile Coaches and the Release Train Engineer to align increment planning, releases, and resolve dependencies between development teams.

Skills required

Extensive experience working in development teams building software in an Agile environment.

Thorough appreciation of Agile principles and practical considerations of tools and techniques.

Experience leading adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Passion for improving processes and delivering value.

Be a clear and confident communicator; able to interact effectively with a distributed team of other technical experts and senior representatives.

Be self-motivated, positive, self-disciplined, reliable, trustful, honest, and collaborative.

Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

* Experience of SAFe.

* Experience working with remote teams.
