IT PMO Analyst - Permanent - Warwickshire - £35,000 + 10% bonus

Spring Technology have had an urgent requirement from a key client in Warwickshire in order to find an ambitious IT PMO Analyst.

The IT PMO Analyst will join the wider IT Division. Currently there is a focus on Infrastructure Delivery within the IT department to support a series of business and technology led initiatives, with the business undertaking to drive three times more change in the next 5 years than ever before. This role will be one of the 8-strong team of people delivering infrastructure change to support important projects.

Key Responsibilities:

*Collate, process and analyse decisions, risks and actions associated with the day-to-day running of Infrastructure delivery.

*Collate, process and analyse management information.

*Collate and store minutes of key decision making forums across IT Infrastructure delivery projects and programmes.

*Create, develop and maintain the repository for all documents and deliverables relating to Infrastructure Delivery.

*Identify, develop and deliver continuous improvement actions.

*Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with the Programme Manager, Project Manager or Line Manager.

Key Skills and Experience required:

*Proven experience of following a defined process, managing the steps, identifying issues and managing them through.

*Experience of managing large sets of data and identifying trends.

*Experience of collating and reporting on costs for financial reporting.

*Experience of Microsoft Project for planning, tracking and reporting project progress.

*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial monitoring.

*Experience of Microsoft SharePoint for document management and workflow processing

*Advanced verbal and written communication skills and sound numerical analysis skills

*Experience of working in a project environment and knowledge of project management methodologies.
