Unix Support Engineer - Python

Unix Support Engineer - You will write Python base automation scripts to automate our service technology. As a Unix Support Engineer you will enjoy troubleshooting and will enjoy resolving operational problems rapidly and proactively.

We are looking for a Unix Support Engineer with the following:

*In depth experience of Linux/Unix

*Automation skills with Python

*Experience with VMware ESX

As the Unix Support Engineer you will take a methodical and logical approach to problem solving and engage in the whole lifecycle of Linux-based infrastructure services.

We are looking for a Unix Support Engineer who can create and maintain quality documentation and records.

Key Skills/Technologies: Unix, Linux, VMware ESX, NetApp, Python, Tomcat, Networking, Glassfish, FAI, Puppet Deployments, DevOps, Agile, ITIL awareness.

Location: Hertfordshire

Duration: 6 Months

Day Rate: £300-375
