Technical Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst - We are actively seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our successful and dynamic team supporting the world's leading trading platform. The Technical Support Analyst will work across the full product catalogue, which includes trade analytic platforms and a cutting-edge EMS used by some of the largest investment banks and hedge funds in the world.

The successful Technical Support Analyst will be the primary point of contact clients using the trading platforms. the responsibilities include:

Support

* Deploy solutions to complex and immediate problems

* Understand the different systems, including their underlying code and reasoning

* Improve monitoring and supprt processes

Client Focus

* Close liaison to interpret queries for root cause analysis

* Understand client needs and requirements

* Clear and concise communication

This role includes working with the latest tech stack including Java 8, Python and C++.

There is a huge amount of variety in the work and it will be perfect to stretch yourself and really test your problem-solving skills.
