Role: Purchase to Pay: Purchasing Co-ordinator

Location: Ealing London

Perm: £25,000 - £27,000

The role:

*Our leading client requires a Purchase to Pay: Purchasing Co-ordinator. Main responsibilities will be working with internal stakeholders and the outsource service provider to expedite urgent requests and perform various on-shore day-to-day tasks.

*As the Purchasing Co-ordinator you will perform administrative tasks related to the efficient management and maintenance of purchase orders within Maconomy. You will also be responsible for the creation of payment templates in our e-banking systems.

Requirement:

*Provide guidance on purchasing policy and process. Handle enquiries & provide level one escalated customer service support regarding purchasing issues.

*Responsibility for PO Housekeeping, running monthly reports to identify open purchasing commitments (90 days) agree targeted closure, ensuring that all accruals have been correctly reversed prior to PO closure.

*Manage the amendments to POs as required.

*Creation of payment templates in a range of e-banking systems.

*Run ad hoc reports based on management's requests and perform analysis

*Daily collation and scanning of invoices to outsourced business partner

*Give support to outsourced service provider on translation of non-English documents

*Provide contingency support to Payments Team as required, helping to collate payment batches and associated documents, print cheques, etc.

Qualifications, experience and expertise:

*One year or more previous experience of working in P2P

*Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat

*Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

*Attention to detail

*Good communications skills

*Ability to work on multiple tasks

*Excellent organisational skills

*Team working skills
