Software Development Manager (C#)

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Software Development Manager for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £450-500/day (outside of IR35) based in Glasgow.

Requirements:

* Experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring cross functional engineers towards delivering timely, high quality software / products and services.

* Proven past experience building high performance teams which are operate in effective software engineering environments including agile, continuous improvement and continuous delivery.

* A willingness to drive into software environments and technical issues as part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage and advocate software products and projects.

* Ability to keep abreast of technology trends, such as emerging standards, to embrace and motivate teams to implement new technology opportunities gaining business value

* Proven experience in large-scale engineering experience in an Agile development environment preferably with C#.
