Senior Planner - Construction

Senior Planner required to support my clients West Midlands region. This role will be based in Solihull and will involve carrying out site visits. This role would also suit intermediate planners who are looking to make their next step in their career.

Skills Required:

* Minimum 6 years planning experience

* Tender and on site planning experience

* Experienced in the use of Asta Powerproject

* Experience working on a variety of construction projects such as education, commercial and residential

* Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry

What you'll be doing:

* Reviewing tender documents/drawings

* Prepare detailed tender programmes and method statements

* Attend and presenting at tender interviews

* Prepare detailed programmes

* Prepare method statements

* Carrying out site visits

Qualifications:

* Experience of working in a Planning or Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential

* Degree/HNC/HND in Construction advantageous
