Business Analyst| Permanent | £40,000 - £50,000 || Camden Town |The CompanyMy Client, a global online e-commerce and technology business are looking for an experienced Business Analyst on a permanent basis, to help take an enterprise-wide approach to their projects and the business. They are based near Camden Town Station which is a short walk to the office, they have a fast-growing Agile environment with a real "digital hub" atmosphere - both the feel and look of the office, but also with their forward-thinking attitude towards the latest tech.The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for improving business processes throughout the organisation through valuable insight into their business needs elicited via building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and influencing/ challenging the status quo.You will operate as an integral part of the Analysis team to support the development of the team's objectives and KPIs. You will work autonomously or with another BA/Project Manager on medium to large-scale projects or programmesEssential Requirements

•Proven experience in a Business Analyst (BA) / Project Manager (PM) / Product Owner / joint BA/PM role•Experience of planning and management of analysis activities through delivery•Exposure to working within an Agile environment or understanding the principles of Agile software development•Strong stakeholder management experience•Experience in leading complex projects•Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment•Excellent interpersonal, influencing and decision-making skills•Excellent presentation and facilitation skills•Experience of working in technology/digital industry (or similar)•Excellent communication skills•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills•Ability to familiarise yourself quickly with technical concepts of a project•Ability to interpret high level specification into detailed requirements•Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills•Comfortable progressing multiple concurrent projects

Desirable Skills

•Experience working in a Delivery team or Project Management function•Knowledge of Agile documentation methods, processes and best practices•Proficient with Visio, XMind and JIRA to deliver various BA outputs•Ability to translate complex data into insightful stories within a fast-paced development environment•Experience in vendor selection projects•Knowledge and/or experience of DSDM•Business Analysis certification (APMG AgileBA, BCS or equivalent)•Experience of working in the online gaming / gambling industry•Familiar with enterprise architecture
