Integration / Test Lead ideally with SC Clearance

The role's primary responsibility is to identify any technical integration issues that may affect the success of Integration Test and/or operation of the solution and ensure that these are trapped and appropriately addressed by the project teams or other owners as appropriate. Specific activities include, but are not limited to:

*Assure project architectural and service requirements are adequate in relation to Integration Test.

*Assure technical integration activities are identified, and delivered through the project lifecycle as a pre-requisite for successful Integration Test.

*Assure technical integration and associated Test activities are suitably planned.

*Assure MSP level testing is fit for purpose as a prerequisite to Integration Test.

*Identity technical and/or architectural anomalies that will affect or invalidate Integration Test.

*Engage with Authority Project Managers, Architects and other departments to facilitate a shared understanding and resolution of Technical issues

*Upskill and coach resources in respect of technical integration as required

*Work with the Portfolio Test Lead and the Environment Lead to ensure that defined integration requirements are addressed by project and TCT testing

*Input to the TCT RAID as appropriate

*Provide regular project Test status reports to the TCT Manager

Essential Skills

*Technical understanding across a broad range of areas including:

oNetworks

oTelephony

oCloud computing

oProcess and organizational change

oApplications

*Familiarity with Service Management in a multi-supplier environment (SIAM)

*Experience delivering as a supplier into a challenging client environment

*Familiarity with the testing lifecycle

*Risk management, using techniques to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions about testing

*Proven ability to analyse, and present technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences

*Strong influencing and excellent communication skills to provide effective stakeholder management
