Business Analyst - Digital

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of £350-400/day (inside of IR35) based in Edinburgh.

The Role:

Work with areas across the organisation in exploring the impact on business and the ability to provide service of BREXIT, find solutions and implementation proposals to counter any issues identified before 19 March 2019.

Requirements:

* Solid track record of business analysis in a digital/ICT project environment.

* Displays techniques, and practices including writing user stories, acceptance tests and documenting technical requirements

* Experience of running and facilitating workshops.

* Effective consulting skills.

* Demonstrable and practical experience, in a project environment.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* An exposure to project methodologies such as Prince2, Agile.

Desirable skills:

* Experience of working in a shared service environment.

* Knowledge of the public service landscape and ICT technology that support this.

* Senior stakeholder engagement.

* Knowledge and experience of Treasury Green Book.
