Are you an Operations Manager from an engineering/machining background looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be the driving force behind this growing company?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a company managing a low volume bespoke engineering manufacturing facility. This role will enable you to put your own stamp on this facility as you will have the resources to develop and grow this established site.

Inside this position you will be dealing with some of the largest and most prestigious blue chip companies in the engineering industry and will need to have a proven background in making hard decisions to in prioritisation inside the workshop to meet increasing orders.

This expanding business supply a range of maintenance and engineering services for the manufacturing, process, utilities and rail industries. With a substantial turnover and continued expansion plans this business is in need of motivated, talented Engineers to aid in the continued excellence of the business development.

This role would suit a Operations Manager with experience in either a machine shop or engineering background. You will now be looking to work for a company that you can invest in and become a pivotal part of their business.

The role:

*Working alongside the MD on a daily basis to progress work

*Ensuring Production deadlines and machine times are met

*Liaising and supporting this companies blue chip clients
