Senior Cisco UC Engineer - Luton - 3-6 Months Min £350-415p/d

UCCX, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UC, Jabra, Webex

Leading Professional Services client are currently seeking a Cisco UC Engineer to work Monday to Friday 9-5.30 in their Technical Assistance Centre. Skills in Cisco UC, UCCX, and Cisco Call Manager required. Other skills across the CCNP level are highly desirable as they will be applied.

Day to day you will be providing technical assistance to complex 3rd Line issues across a varied client base. You will have full access to support an will be able to comfortably apply technical skills within Cisco UC (UCCX, Call Manager, Webex, Jabra, Firewall (non essential) ) stack at a CCNP level.

Due to the technical exposure you will have this is also a great learning environment for someone wanting to gain exposure to CCIE level issues which you will be encourage to help resolve.
