Senior Java Software Engineer with Crypto experience - London

We have a great opportunity for a number of experienced Java Software Engineers to join a fast growing team, to create and launch high-quality software that empowers users all over the world. You'll be joining a team who are tackling the most interesting problems in the crypto space, rapidly and securely scaling a distributed platform for millions of users.

You'll be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, prototyping, planning, execution and shipping. You'll be leading by example - driving the technical discussions, influencing the approach and making a positive impact on the team's development.

You will have the following experience:

- Building & launching cryptocurrency applications (from commercial or personal projects)

- Kotlin, Java or Scala

- Knowledge of the infrastructure and ecosystem of at least one major cryptocurrency (Ethereum or Bitcoin)

- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases and large-scale websites

- An understanding of the full software lifecycle & how all the pieces fit together (front-end, database, network layer, etc.)
