My client a large commercial organisation are looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist them with the implementation of their call centre.
* 6 months'
* Melbourne based
* $800-$900 p/d
Responsibilities
* Transform the existing call centre
* Replacing both hardware and software
* Working with Enterprise Architect, Business Sponsor & BA
* Forge Roadmap and set up phased approach to organisations future needs
* General Project Manager - driving team, financial reporting, managing budgets
Skills and Experience
* 3+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
* Experience with implementation of call centres or something similar
* Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate well
* Stakeholder management
* Excellent Project hygiene - 101
