IT Service Desk Manager
Location: Oxford
Duration: 6 months initial
Day Rate: £350 - £400
IT Service Desk Manager - We are actively seeking an IT Service Desk Manager too join a Global Scientific Publishing Company based in Oxford for an initial 6 months. As the IT Service Desk Manager you will managing the Service Desk that is part of a large programme that involves rolling out of Salesforce globally.
The IT Service Desk Manager will oversee and resolve issues, manage change requests, raise tickets if need be as well as hands-on support. The IT Service Desk Manager will effectively communicate to all internal customers within a timely manner with excellent customer service. The IT Service Desk Manager will also present to the board on how the service desk is performing alongside the programme. This is an excellent opportunity for the IT Service Desk Manager to work within a global organisation and make a stamp!
Key Skills for the IT Service Desk Manager:
* Strong experience managing a Service Desk and being hands-on.
* 3rd line support and management duties.
* Solid Customer Service.
* Overseeing and managing issues, change requests, SLAs.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
* 9am-5pm, based in Oxford 5 days a week.
