Interim Complaints Manager

Title: Interim Complaints Manager

Length: 3 Months Initially

Hours p/w: 37.5

Location: East Midlands

A NHS client of mine is currently seeking support with an outstanding backlog and is hoping to bring on an interim ASAP in order to tackle it.

We are hoping to find someone who has experience as a case handler but also has some experience supporting Trusts with Processes / systems.

There is a team in place who will provide support to the successful interim and will be able to assist with queries / admin

Please note: We are seeking someone with valid experience in a similar position for another NHS organisation
