SAP HR Functional Consultant (SC Cleared) - UK

Summary:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Analyst for a major project in Chorley, Lancashire. Please see below for the technical details:

Skills & Experiences:

·Must have 10 years SAP ERP implementation experience

·Must have minimum 5 years SAP Functional HR experience across various sub-modules

·Analytical skills and experiences

·Must have SC Clearance

Responsibilities:

·Provides business consulting services to clients in the discipline of software products (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), company proprietary, third-party best of breed)

·Participates in the full lifecycle of a product-based engagement to deliver a complex, comprehensive business solutions

·Guides less experienced product consultants in setups, integration best practices and client interviewing strategies

·Reviews deliverables for quality assurance purposes; helps to define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and product recommendations to the client, and manage client expectations

·Looks beyond the boundaries of the application product to see business benefit in bolt-on solutions, custom solutions and systems integration potential
