Applications Architect

Poole, Dorset

To c. £53,500 base + benefits

We have helped recruit into this organisation for 18 years and have received universally good feedback. We have been asked to help recruit for an Applications Architect to be responsible for the architecture and design of end to end solutions covering business application platforms, development of system architectures and road-mapping.

The role holder will ideally be viewed as the Application Architect SME and be tasked with evolving maturity in this area and act as consultant to business colleagues.

Key skills:

IT Applications Architecture

Architectural management - systems capability, cost reduction and management of inhouse developed and third-party systems

Architectural roadmaps

BAU and project-based workloads

Architectural governance

Applications design and development

Solution development - TOGAF, ZACHMAN, Waterfall

Architecture experience in some of the following application platforms would be advantageous - MS Dynamics, SAP R/3, ABACUS

To c.£53,500 base + bens (26 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 30 in time), up to 16% pension contribution, private medical + more).
