This ServiceNow End-User in the physical sciences industry is looking to add a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect to their team to grow their rapidly expanding ServiceNow platform. The platform is focused on best serving the business' needs, which is to assist patients suffering from serious illnesses. This is an onsite role in the Tampa, Florida area. The company is fully invested in ServiceNow, and the enterprise software is considered the 'golden child' of the IT department.

Your New Role

As the Lead Developer/Architect for this company you will be responsible for the overall design, development, configuration, customization, and delivery of the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* 5+ years ServiceNow experience

* 3+ years experience working in an Agile environment

* ITIL V3 and ServiceNow certifications

* Proven track record of developing multi-tiered applications

* Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB and HR module exposure

* JavaScript/Angular JS, HTML, CSS experience

* The confidence and capability of leading a team and client facing meetings is also needed
