Level 3 Technical Service Manager - Leeming Northallerton - 10 months
Level 3 Technical Service Manager required to join a multinational information technology client based in Leeming Northallerton on a 12-month contract.
The Role
As part of the support service you will be responsible for providing:
a. Installation, Configuration, development, deployment of all Core Applications on both Magpie and NSoIT (D) in the following areas:
* Incident Management;
* Service/Change Requests;
* Problem Management;
* Configuration Management;
* Projects, trials, operations and exercises;
* Routine Maintenance, and;
* Capacity and Demand Management.
b. Applications support, advice and recommendations to design change;
c. Support to the Authority towards its continuous service improvement initiatives; through undertaking mentorship and technical knowledge transfer to Military service providers (Military or Civil Service), contributing and making suggestions at continuous service improvement workshops and producing technical and knowledge transfer documentation.
