We are looking for a Product Manager to join this leading international tech organisation. The business build innovative tech which is used both internally and sold to teams across the world.

Whilst this is an established organisation this is a unique opportunity to join one of the few teams that don't already have a Product Manager in place. Therefore this is a really exciting opportunity to build something and make a name for yourself in a truly global organisation.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Taking ownership of the long term product vision for market leading platforms.

* Understand the market and competitors and ensuring that products always remain ahead of the game.

* Work closely with the product owners to establish a long term product roadmap, and to help understand any concern with product delivery.

* Be a focal point for customer engagement understanding where improvements can be made and what they are looking for from a new product.

* Be the Product manager for a couple of Products whilst looking after the product owners who are attached to specific products.

* Working with operational systems such as incident management software etc

Experience and skill set required for the Product Manager:

* An excellent demonstrable background in Product Management within an agile environment. Ideally looking after large Product releases.

* Excellent understanding of customers and using feedback to drive Product improvement and change.

* Excellent understanding of creating Product Roadmaps and grooming backlogs.

* Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.

* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and be appreciative of stakeholder demands.

* A background in software development would be beneficial but not essential.

* A great understanding of the importance of UX in all digital products.

The Product Manager role is based in Hertfordshire.

The Product Manager role will pay a salary in the region of £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
