Data & Insight Manager (Fundraising CRM)

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data & Insight Manager to join a well know charity based in Waterloo, Central London. The Data & Insight Manager will need strong experience working with any fundraising CRM to head up a small team, redevelop the way they use data across the charity & get buy in across senior stakeholders. You will be managing both the data operations & data insights to help develop the organization's understanding of data further.

This is a great chance for a Data & Insight Manager to take the step up in their career and help a charity revolutionize their data environment. You will ideally have the skills to get hands with a fundraising CRM, SQL (some) and skills in a reporting tool. As the Data & Insight Manager you will have the full say in the direction of the database & insight departments direction.

Skills required Data & Insight Manager are:

- Strong skills and understanding on a fundraising CRM system

- Ability to improve processes, develop data strategies & prove how charities use data

- Some skills in SQL would be ideal

- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
