£45,000 - £50,000 + 20% Bonus + Progression + Company Pension + Healthcare + 32 days holiday

Are you an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing looking for a role where you will have full autonomy for optimising a flagship site while working for a market leading company who offer fantastic development opportunities as well as the chance to progress into senior managerial roles?

In this role you will looking after a large and expanding site where you will be fully responsible for all engineering aspects of the site. You will be charged with maximising the output of the plant and driving a continuous improvements culture. The position requires someone who has experience in a busy manufacturing environment who is looking for a great career with an industry leader.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing background who is looking for a role that allows them to be the principal point of contact for a flagship site in a role that offers full technical development as well as great progression opportunities within a market leading company.
