IT Support Technician

Location: London

Duration: 3 Months with high view to extend

Rate: £200 - £250 per day Outside IR35

We are currently working with one of the leading global IT companies, who are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team for an initial 3 month contract working in Central London.

You will be working closely and collaboratively within a wider London-based team to support the operations of the institution across London and EMEA based locations. You will provide creative and innovative solutions to your colleagues and help support tech services, both on premise and cloud-based.

Other experience includes:

* Great customer focus and experience with both face to face and remote support

* Solid Mac and Windows troubleshooting background

* Confident with on premise and cloud based services

* Understanding of basic networking and security processes

This role will be a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Technician who is keen to use their existing first line experience to grow within a global presence.
