CAD Technician

Exeter

£17,000-£20,000 + Pension + Holiday + Training + Progression

Excellent opportunity for someone with AutoCAD experience to join a well-established company, offering the chance to work in a stable, interesting and varied position.

In this role you will work alongside a team of CAD technicians and surveyors to produce drawings for the manufacturing department from the company's brand new, spacious offices. You will use AutoCAD predominantly but will also use other CAD software's for specific projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone with 2D AutoCAD experience or a recent graduate with design experience. A background in engineering, construction or mechanical design would be beneficial but is not essential.

The role:

*Preparing technical drawings from site surveys

*Working alongside the surveying and manufacturing departments

*CAD software training provided

The person:

*AutoCAD experience

*Can create technical drawings

*Effective communication skills
