Bancroft’s, one of London’s leading coeducational day schools, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join its successful IT Department.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer facing and communication skills to interface with the users at all levels of the organisation, good administration skills, the ability to deal with calls in real time, and to meet SLA’s.

The ideal person for this role will be confident, self-motivating, hard working and able to make decisions. They will also demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, but onsite training will be provided for basic IT support and printer knowledge.

This is challenging role that will provide the successful candidate with a great opportunity to progress their career, while learning new skills.
