Programme & Project Overview

Our London based Client has just released new MS Dynamics 365 / CRM Functional Consultancy requirements for their Dynamics 365 implementation programme. This role will be for an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.

* Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, assist with deployment and provisioning activities.

* Participate in every aspect of the transformation from analysing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to meet the customer's needs.

* Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.

* Provide some Business Analyst assistance.

Skill

* Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities

* Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations

* Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

* Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)
